I went to a quilting group last week and a lady demonstrated this block and gave everyone the instructions. I was too late for Valentine's Day but this week I've worked on it, between coats of drywall mud.
I changed over to feedburner today. If you have any problem with links or your reader, please let me know.

I love hearts and these are really neat. This is going to be a lovely piece when you are done.
ReplyDeleteHave fun ~ FlowerLady
I hope so. I also hope I actually finish this one. lol
DeleteI twill be perfect for next year's Valentine's Day :)
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Are you going to use the blocks for a wall hanging or quilt?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to make a table runner I think. I'll piece a few blocks together and see how it looks.
DeleteThe hearts are great! What's your plan with them?
ReplyDeletelove your stacked hearts~! i'm wondering how you will be finishing them up . . .
ReplyDeleteit must be a nice reprieve to be able to stitch a bit between coats of drywall. sounds like things with the house are getting to the finishing stage. exciting~!

I'm going to try for a table runner. The house, oh boy. There are parts that are in the finishing stages, but other rooms where we just stopped working for awhile.
DeleteVery pretty hearts. They remind me of Valentine's Day candies.
ReplyDeleteYou know, you're right. I was thinking they were too sweet and pink for my décor, and now I know why. But for Valentine's, I think they'll be fun.
Deleteit is going to be wonderful in the end! :)
