2019 Week 6 Sewing Reports

This has been a strange week. The weather can't decide whether it is spring or still winter. The high was 78 on the 6th but didn't get out of the 30's today. With my mother-in-law in the hospital all week, it hasn't been a good week for sewing either. If it weren't for my cross stitch project, I wouldn't have anything to report. Hubby and I also fit in a couple of doctor appointments for ourselves too. Hubby has been dealing with ear and hearing problems for about a year and finally found an ear specialist who did a culture and found that the problem is a bacterial infection. He was prescribed several medications which he has to compound himself to make ear drops, but it seems to be working. Now if he could just hear me when I am telling him I am right about something.

My daily sewing average has dropped a little more, but I'm still over my 70% goal.

I still haven't added to the stash this year, so that is encouraging. I had hoped to show a loss this week but that didn't happen either, so the stash report remains the same.

I think I'm going to add money spent to this report. Since I haven't spent anything in 2019 yet, it should be easy.

I am posting this Saturday night because if we will have to rush out the door in the morning. If I have time in the morning, I will link up to the usual parties. If I don't have time, maybe they will do it for me.

  2. Sounds like you plate is piled high at the moment. Hope Your Guy is doing much better (but I'd give up on the hearing you when you want him too, that's a brain thing, not an ear thing). You are doing well at keeping up with your stitching goal. Maybe this week will be better. Take care!

  3. Ha, I bet he can hear you but chooses not to. I hope the drops continue to help I remember those days of ear pain and hearing loss with no one that seemed to know what they were doing. It's hard to bring work to the Dr.'s unless you know you're going to be there for awhile. The weather here has most decidedly gone full winter.
