I probably don't have to say this in a post because it is already on my sidebar, but my OMG for January is to take all my Depression Blocks and make them into a flimsy. That requires making two rows per week, which should be very doable. I am really stoked about finishing this quilt, so I may get farther than that.
Now I'm making this official by linking to the January Goal Setting post at Elm Street Quilts.

Yep, you have to say it. =) If you keep showing this beauty, you're going to make me start one! No time, no time! But it is SO appealing.
ReplyDeleteLOL. The nice thing about this quilt is that you can make half square triangles with scraps and then put them together in a year or two.
DeleteThis is a great goal for January, Marti. I love scrappy and I love it!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I love it too.
DeleteThis will be awesome! Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck with your project.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I hope if I start out strong, it will carry me forward.
DeleteThis is such a fun and scrappy quilt. Good luck with your January goal (hopefully your sewing space is warmer now then it was last year!)
ReplyDeleteThank you. Oh yes, it's much warmer than last year. And now the dividing wall is insulated too, so the heat stays in and the cold air stays out. I even had to turn the heat down yesterday. Yay!
DeleteThis is such a pretty quilt. I love the scrappiness of it. Good luck with your goal!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I love that too. Scrappy quilts just look warm and comfy to me.
