New on the Design Board

I thought I would expand on the English paper piecing with some clam shells. They aren't as travel friendly as the other EPP I've done. In fact, they aren't travel friendly at all. But, they are fun to make and I think the finished wall hanging will make two little boys happy. I need to get busy on it. I was recently reminded that Christmas is only 15 days from now. Eeek!

    1. Thank you. They were a little harder than I expected, and not really EPP, but still fun, and I can't wait to get to the surprise part.

  3. I've thought about trying PP clam shells! I'm curious why they aren't travel friendly!

    1. I guess if you are really good at wrapping the fabric around the curve, you could do it in the car or waiting room, but I had to use a glue stick and it was a little messy. And you have to have a flat surface to lay out the clamshells. Maybe that's just on the first row though. I've looked at a lot of websites and youtube videos and they always have it laid out on a table. Maybe it will get easier as I go though. This is my first attempt.

    1. Can you comment on both wordpress and blogger blogs with that email? I have a yahoo email that isn't connected with either blog host, but when I try to comment on a wordpress blog, I get that popup box asking me to sign in, and I'm like, sign in to what?!!!

I tried having duplicate blogs on both wordpress and blogger and although it seems simple to just copy and paste a blog post, it got to be too much when I had a lot going on. I just dreaded writing a post because I knew I would have to log in to workpress to paste it, and that would mess up my blogger log-in sometimes.
